Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual & Automation Testing

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated tests for RESTful APIs. This includes performing manual front-end UI testing across various browsers and devices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. You may also contribute to or lead test planning, execution, and documentation efforts. Working closely with developers and product teams, you will identify, log, and track bugs to resolution while implementing or contributing to UI automation frameworks. Additionally, load and performance testing of backend services will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 4.5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years specifically in API automation testing. Strong hands-on experience with tools/frameworks for API automation such as Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc., is required. Experience in testing B2B2X APIs shared with external clients is preferred. You should also possess a solid understanding and execution capability of manual front-end (UI) testing along with experience in UI test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc. Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, and Locust is highly beneficial. Exposure to continuous integration tools and version control systems will be an added advantage.,
