Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated QA/QS and Project Coordinator to oversee and manage construction activities across multiple residential project sites. The ideal candidate will have 9 to 14 years of experience in the real estate or infrastructure sector and a strong background in quality assurance, quantity surveying, and project execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors, track project progress, and provide proactive solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns. The role also involves reviewing BOQs and supporting QA/QS functions to ensure compliance with design and construction specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction activities across multiple sites
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve project bottlenecks
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports and documentation
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations
• Review and validate BOQs, material estimations, and support QA/QS assessments
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners

Requirements:

• B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 9 to 14 years of hands-on experience in residential or infrastructure projects
• Expertise in site coordination, construction supervision, and QA/QS practices
• Strong knowledge of project planning, material estimation, and quality control
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
