Quality Assurance Analyst, Senior

You are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join the growing Workforce Management organization at Infor. The Infor Workforce Management solution focuses on employee scheduling, time, and attendance tracking, serving a Fortune 500 client portfolio. **Responsibilities:** - Actively participate in planning, preparing, and executing effective test efforts - Effectively use test tools, defect tracking tools, and other test support tools, and identify and implement process improvements where applicable - Prioritize testing tasks based on project goals and risks, ensuring timely completion of testing milestones, activities, and tasks - Report the status of test planning, defects, and execution activities to the project team using quality metrics - Work as part of a dynamic team in an Agile environment - Maintain traceability between product requirements, delivered code, and test case verification - Extend test coverage, design test cases from user stories, create tools, utilities, and automation scripts for functional testing and test data creation - Share best practices and improve processes within and across product teams - Become a subject matter expert in respective modules, maintaining expert functional and technical product knowledge - Participate in planning and/or creation of test automation **Qualifications:** - 8+ years of professional experience in testing and QA - Structured test planning and execution, including the ability to turn requirements into good test cases - Strong knowledge of Coding and SQL - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Understanding of web applications and multi-tiered product architecture - Ability to work across different time zones - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field of study - Knowledge of the Agile methodology - Strong knowledge of at least one programming language - Previous experience and/or desire to write automated tests - Experience in all stages of application testing, including functional, usability, regression, load/stress, and performance testing - Knowledge of Jira and other Atlassian tools - AWS knowledge - GenAI Tools for Quality Assurance Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry-specific markets.
