Company description Quadrant Metals is involved in export of Metal Scrap from USA and Canada to over the globe . We deal in all types of Ferrous and Non Ferrous metal Scrap. For more details please visit : https://www.quadrantmetals.us/ Job description The Candidate would be part of the Import Export Documentation Team and shall be responsible for carrying out the below listed activities : - Handling preparation of Import / Export Documentation. - Prepare Sales Contract and Purchase Orders. - Facilitating communication with all concerned vendors. - Coordinate closely with logistics and accounts department for timely completion of documentation. - Track electronically the status of all the shipments and preparing a report of the same -Managing shipment contracts and coordinating with Documentation head to execute and strategize document preparation activities. The candidate must possess strong communication skills , good command over English language and management skills along with a pro active trait to get the work done in the most optimum manner. Work Timings : 11 AM to 8 PM ( Monday to Saturday ) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 21/07/2025
