The Internship Tracks (Choose One)

AI Developer Intern (NLP/ML)

Must-Have

• Solid Python programming (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).
• Prior hands-on projects in ML/NLP (coursework, GitHub, Kaggle, or research).
• Familiarity with ML algorithms (classification, clustering, regression).
• Understanding of text preprocessing (tokenization, embeddings, vectorization).
• Knowledge of at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with transformer models (BERT, RoBERTa, DistilBERT, LLMs).
• Familiarity with Hugging Face libraries.
• Exposure to MLOps tools (Docker, MLflow, FastAPI).
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong math background (linear algebra, probability, optimization).

Frontend Developer Intern (Web/App)

Must-Have

• Proficiency in

• Basic understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility.

Sales & Marketing Intern

Must-Have

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) for B2B/B2C outreach.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, email campaigns, social media engagement).
• Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing strategies.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, or lead generation.
• Exposure to Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Basic copywriting and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with growth hacking strategies for startups.

Data Analyst Intern

Must-Have

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Python/R).
• Ability to clean, transform, and visualize datasets.
• Strong problem-solving and statistical analysis skills.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to NLP or text analytics.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, or customer segmentation.
• Familiarity with ETL workflows.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics (CAC, churn, LTV, etc.).
• Basic data storytelling / presentation skills for non-technical teams.
