QA/QC Coating Inspector

As a Painting/Coating Inspector, you will be responsible for reviewing and certifying all QA/QC documents, site procedures, and relevant codes for the projects you are assigned to. Your duties will include inspecting surface preparation, planning daily work for sand blasters & painters, controlling and storing painting/coating consumables, calibrating and validating blasting and painting equipment, and monitoring the coating processes. You must ensure that all final products meet company procedures, client requirements, and international codes and standards such as NACE, SSPC, and ISO. Your role will also involve developing work schedules, tools and equipment usage schedules, prioritizing painting expenditures, and establishing procedures for equipment maintenance. It is crucial that you have knowledge of coating processes, atmospheric conditions, monitoring of coating cycles, and various tests like DFT, WFT, adhesion, and holiday tests. Additionally, you should be able to maintain satisfactory client relations and adhere to safety regulations and proper codes and standards. To qualify for this position, you should have a graduate degree and preferably hold a Painting/Coating Inspector certification along with NACE Level 1 certification. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English and Hindi.
