QA/QC Chemist

We Requires QA & QC - Chemist for a Chemical Manufacturing company at Taloja - MIDC

Post - QA & QC - Chemist (Male Require)

Experience - min 1Yr to 3yrs ( GC, HPLC, and CAPA processes)

Location: Taloja - MIDC

Department: Quality

Qualifications :- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:-

Quality Assurance :-

* Monitor and review quality control processes for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.

* Handle CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes:

1) Identify non-conformities, investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and track preventive measures.

2) Ensure documentation and closure as per regulatory and internal quality standards.

* Conduct in-process checks and maintain proper documentation as per GMP/ISO guidelines.

* Perform analytical testing using GC and HPLC for:-

1) Assay and impurity profiling.

2) Residual solvents and stability studies.

3) Raw material and product quality evaluation.

Quality Control :-

1.Sampling & testing of raw material, in process, intermediates & finish product, Packing material, fuel, ETP samples etc

2. Calibration of instrument & maintaining their records.

3. Preparation certificate of analysis (COA) & maintaining records.

4. Preparation I.S.O.9001/14001/45001 documentation for quality control department

5. Maintain test records/ Control samples in the specified format

6. Maintenance of Laboratory instruments, immediate reporting of deviation

7. ERP Entries & inspection of production entries

Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
