QA Tester Fresher

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies. You will work closely with developers and project managers to identify issues, document findings, and ensure that all software meets the highest standards before release.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on various software applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand features and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Participate in release management processes to ensure smooth deployment of software updates.
• Utilize automated testing tools where applicable to enhance testing efficiency.
• Conduct thorough reviews of system specifications and provide input on potential improvements.

Skills

• Proficiency in JUnit for unit testing and test automation.
• Strong scripting skills to develop automated tests.
• Experience with release management processes to coordinate software launches.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C, Java, JavaScript, and CSS for effective communication with development teams.
• Familiarity with version control systems like SVN for managing code changes.
• Understanding of web services testing using SOAP protocols.
• Ability to vaticinate potential issues based on prior experiences and testing outcomes.

Pay: ₹37.23 - ₹41.37 per hour
