Role & responsibilities

Contract to Hire 6 months

2-4 years of experience in QA automation.

Location :Bangalore

Solid experience with Playwright and hands-on with Cypress. Experience in API testing and automation using Postman. Hands-on experience with Datadog, Jira, and Grafana. Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and the defect lifecycle. Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude and AI-powered agents to improve test automation, code generation, debugging, and testing efficiency. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with Git and version control systems. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows for automating repetitive QA tasks and improving test coverage. Knowledge of SQL and performance testing is an added advantage. Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber (BDD) is an added advantage. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API testing using Playwright, Cypress, and Postman. Convert manual test cases into automated test scenarios to improve test coverage. Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and log defects in Jira. Execute regression, smoke, sanity, and functional testing during release cycles. Use Datadog and Grafana to monitor application health, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues. Follow automation best practices to ensure code reusability, maintainability, and scalability. Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product owners in Agile/Scrum environments. Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, automation stability, and execution efficiency. Utilize AI solutions like Claude along with intelligent agents to streamline framework creation, resolve execution issues, and enhance overall coverage.
