QA Officer Pharma

As a QA Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Your attention to detail and ability to collaborate with various teams will be essential in achieving our quality goals. Your responsibilities will include monitoring manufacturing processes to uphold quality standards, documenting quality inspections accurately, reporting any issues that arise, and working closely with production and quality control teams to uphold high standards. Additionally, you will be expected to suggest improvements to enhance quality and efficiency continuously. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field and have less than 4 years of experience in IPQA or Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in GMP guidelines, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are crucial skills for this position. Moreover, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required. As a person, you should be eager to learn, organized, reliable, and possess a problem-solving mindset.
