QA Manual Tester

As a QA Tester, your main responsibilities will include analyzing requirements and creating detailed test cases and scenarios. You will be involved in preparing test plans and strategies, executing manual test cases to ensure the functionality of new and existing features, and documenting and tracking defects using our bug tracking system. It will be essential for you to collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and address any issues that may arise. Your participation in team meetings will be valuable as you provide feedback on product quality and contribute to the improvement of testing processes. Additionally, you will be expected to generate detailed test reports and defect logs, follow up on reported issues to ensure timely resolution, and stay updated on the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices. Your suggestions for enhancing testing processes and sharing knowledge within the team will also be appreciated. In terms of technical skills, you should have a basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC). Familiarity with manual testing processes, the ability to comprehend technical documents and user requirements, and knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools will be beneficial. Your eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing methods will be crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
