QA Engineer- Manual Testing Job (Remote)

About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Test all aspects of the software, including manual testing of the product. 2. Collaborate with the development team to identify and capture test cases, potential flaws, and problems while ensuring quality. 3. Detect and report any bugs or issues. 4. Design test plans, develop test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and execute these cases. 5. Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to the quality risk, and report it tothe concerned people. 6. Resolve test return problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures, and monitoring improvements. Skills required: 1. Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies. 2. Good to have some knowledge of image and video quality assessment. 3. Ability to work independently with eye for details and update requirements accordingly. 4. Expertise in Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, and Regression Testing. 5. Hands-on experience in writing Functional Test Cases. 6. Ability to identify and log defects effectively. 7. Good understanding of the manual testing process. 8. Experience in mobile testing on both iOS and Android OS devices for native, Hybrid, and mobile web applications. 9. Familiarity with Apple and Google UI standards and OS ecosystems. 10. Hands-on experience with desktop browsers testing. 11. Knowledge of different product environments and QA concepts. 12. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 13. Collaborate with other QA engineers, cross-functional teams & developers to facilitate/track release process. 14. Experience in working with Windows & Linux platforms.
