QA Manual Fresher

As a Testing Infrastructure Developer at our firm, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the testing infrastructure to ensure efficient testing processes. Your responsibilities will include writing detailed test reports and performance analyses, participating in the complete software development life cycle for new products, and staying updated with the latest technologies in testing by attending conferences. Collaboration with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans will be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for executing test cases, whether manual or automated, and analyzing the results to evaluate product code according to specifications. Additionally, creating logs to document testing phases and defects, reporting bugs and errors to development teams, and assisting in troubleshooting issues will be part of your daily tasks. Your role will also involve conducting post-release/post-implementation testing and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This position is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule is on a day shift from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of a performance bonus.
