QA Engineer (Summation 360)

As a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) at our office in Gurgaon/Mohali, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in software QA encompassing both manual and automation testing. A strong grasp of Selenium WebDriver and TestNG, as well as proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript for scripting, is essential for this role. You should also be adept in API testing using tools like Postman or REST-assured. Your responsibilities will include conducting root cause analysis for issues, generating clear defect reports, and possessing solid experience in database testing using SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. A thorough understanding of Agile development practices and QA methodologies is crucial. Besides, you should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to excel in this role. Desirable skills for this position include exposure to Playwright for web automation using JavaScript, experience in mobile application testing, familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI, and knowledge of version control systems like Git. Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray would be advantageous.
