Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. The candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify bugs, validate features, and improve the overall product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Create and execute test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with developers to investigate issues and verify bug fixes.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, where required.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, where required.
• Validate application data using SQL and database queries, where required.
• Participate in testing activities throughout the development cycle.
• Work with the team to define acceptance criteria and maintain product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Understanding of manual testing concepts and test case creation.
• Ability to identify, reproduce, document, and report software defects.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or Linear.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Practical exposure to relevant QA tools and testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with SQL and database testing.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
