QA Engineer (ERP & Accounting Systems)

As a QA Engineer at Hancod, a fast-moving startup behind Duxbe, an AI-powered Point of Sale (POS) and ERP solution, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the testing lifecycle for both web and mobile platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own end-to-end QA for major product modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and ERP. - Create, document, and execute detailed test plans and test cases. - Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, and integration tests across mobile and web platforms. - Utilize automation tools like Selenium, Appium, TestRail, ClickUp, or similar to enhance testing efficiency. - Manage and enhance test documentation and reporting tools. - Identify bugs, edge cases, and usability issues proactively to ensure a seamless user experience. - Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to maintain product excellence. **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of experience in manual and automation testing with a preference for clean test scripts. - Previous exposure to ERP or Accounting products, including ledgers, GST, invoicing, and inventory. - Strong understanding of QA best practices, test case design, and agile workflows. - Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, TestRail, ClickUp, or similar. - Attention to detail, especially in identifying UI and UX issues. - Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ownership-driven mindset. **Additional Information:** At Hancod, we move fast, learn quickly, and support each other every step of the way.
