QA Engineer AI & Machine Learning

Role Overview: As a QA Engineer AI/ML at Netsmart, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and conducting manual functional, regression, and integrated testing on new or modified software programs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these programs meet the specified requirements and adhere to established guidelines. By writing, revising, and validating test plans and procedures, you will contribute to the identification of defects, environmental needs, and product feature evaluations. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a comprehensive test library and execute test scenarios to ensure coverage of requirements and regression - Conduct both positive and negative testing - Participate in product design reviews to provide insights into functional requirements, product designs, usability considerations, and testing implications - Identify, report, and track product defects and address the need for additional product functionality - Prepare and review technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and overall quality - Provide task estimations and ensure timely delivery against specified schedules - Be available outside of standard business hours as part of a rotational on-call schedule Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience - 2-4 years of experience in QA Manual - Strong understanding of technology, software quality assurance standards, and practices - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities - Proficiency in identifying issues logically, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and predicting defects - Ability to interpret business requirements, create test specifications, test plans, and test scenarios - Experience and skills in AI/ML fundamentals, data quality assessment, model performance testing, AI/ML testing tools familiarity, bias and fairness testing, and programming skills for AI/ML testing are highly desirable - Proficiency in Python and SQL for creating test scripts, data manipulation, and working with ML libraries - Familiarity with MLOps, model lifecycle testing, structured delivery processes, Agile methods, and various platforms and databases Enjoy a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits as part of this role at Netsmart, an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to diversity and inclusivity.,
