QA Automation with Playwright

Role Overview: As a QA Automation Engineer at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through the implementation of automation testing. Your expertise in test automation frameworks and programming languages will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions. You will also be involved in API testing and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, and Rest Assured to automate testing processes. - Hands-on experience with at least one programming language like Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, and Rest Assured to ensure the stability and functionality of APIs. - Demonstrate a good understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Shift-Left Testing methodologies. - Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with in-depth knowledge of SDLC and STLC. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and transparency. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of QA and Test Automation experience. - Proficiency in test automation frameworks and programming languages. - Strong experience in API Testing and familiarity with related tools. - Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Shift-Left Testing methodologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective verbal and written communication skills.
