QA Automation Testing

As an Automation Testing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing functional and design specifications to ensure a comprehensive understanding of individual deliverables - Identifying test requirements from specifications, mapping test case requirements, and designing a test coverage plan - Writing, documenting, and maintaining automated testing solutions - Executing and evaluating manual or automated test cases and reporting test results - Holding and facilitating test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members - Identifying any potential quality issues as per the defined process and escalating them immediately to management - Ensuring that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements - Isolating, replicating, and reporting defects and verifying defect fixes Preferred Qualifications: - Hands-on experience in QA automation testing in web/API/Performance environments, following Agile methodologies - Ability to research, document, and present solutions, and implement testing frameworks from start to finish - Proficiency in load/performance testing with JMeter - Proficiency in writing automated test scripts for functional testing using frameworks like Selenium - Experience with functional testing (web), git, and JavaScript - Proficiency in maintaining test automation frameworks and tools, utilizing page objects in automated testing solutions - Experience in API testing, performance testing, and functional testing - Excellent knowledge of the TestNG framework - Writing clear and concise test plans/cases (experience with JIRA is a plus) - Collaborating with development, project management, and customer support teams This company emphasizes the importance of teamwork and collaboration across different departments to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.,
