Python Tech lead

The purpose of your role is to design, program, simulate, and test automation products or processes to achieve the required efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for analyzing software requirements and designing the product, understanding the current technology architecture, formulating project plans, contributing to the automation roadmap design, and improving and maintaining the automation framework. Additionally, you will design and execute software development and reporting, develop technical specifications, participate in design activities, track and report key metrics, and ensure the efficiency and accuracy of automated testing tools. Your role also involves ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders, collaborating with Agile delivery teams, assisting in creating acceptance criteria, developing strategies for continuous deployment, and staying up-to-date on industry standards. Key Performance Parameters: 1. Automation: - Quality of design and adherence to design - Adherence to project plan - Issue resolution and client escalation management - Zero disruption or error in deployment - Early warning signals on risks and deployment of mitigation measures 2.
