Python Developer - Django/Flask

We are looking for a Python Developer with strong Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) skills and 3+ years of experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python, Django/Flask, and experience designing scalable applications and APIs.
Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).- Design and implement optimized algorithms and data structures for efficient processing.- Build and integrate RESTful APIs & GraphQL services.- Optimize database queries and indexing for performance (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code with proper documentation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions.- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.Good to Have :- Experience with machine learning libraries (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow).- Knowledge of microservices architecture.- Hands-on experience with big data processing.Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in Python development.
- Strong DSA and problem-solving skills.- Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).- Experience with asynchronous programming (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).- Experience with unit testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest).- Strong debugging and optimization skills.
