We are hiring Purchase Executive : Qualification : Any UG Degree Experience : 7 to 12 years " Required Filed: Candide Should have office should have knowledge about coffee division and grain milling bought out items and also about machining vendors in Coimbatore." Job Description : 1. Source and select potential vendors, evaluate offers, and negotiate contracts. 2. Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain records of purchases. 3. Review the quality of purchased products and ensure they meet specifications. 4. Create and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information 5. Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and coordinate with warehouse staff. 6.Continuously evaluate and enhance procurement processes. 7. Updating stores records 8. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs. 9. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. 10. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers 11. Stay informed about market trends, new products, and changes in regulations related to procurement 12.Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front.
