Purchase Executive

Job Description

Job Responsibilities Source and purchase materials, goods, and services required by the organization, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met. Identify potential suppliers, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms to obtain the best value for the organization. Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers, addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements, providing guidance and support as needed. Review and analyze purchase requisitions, specifications, and other documentation to determine the appropriate sourcing strategy. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and documentation related to purchases. Monitor inventory levels and track supplier performance to ensure optimal inventory management and supplier accountability. Handle any other duties or projects related to procurement as assigned by management.
