All Local RM & PM PR raising in coordination with PSP Team

• Raw Material and Packing Material are arrived as per RETA in Purchase orders. Align the flow

as per Production plan and Coordination with Vendor for delivery follow up. Support in no

stockout

• Intercompany RMs - follow up for Allocation
• PR/ PO Creation to Delivery follow-up for Traded Products (Local Third-Party merchandise)
• Third Party RM PO follow up Vendor
• Generate and track RACE Request for New raw materials.
• Prepare rolling forecast for third party RM along with Planners and share with Procurement

Team

• Close coordination with warehouse/QC/ Plant with through Unloading and GRN activities.
• Coordination for RM re- validation / shelf-life extension from Vendor
• Close coordination with Import operations team for timely clearance and avoid D & D Charges
• Vehicle Placement for Pickup of Local RM & Traded Products with Ex-works arrangement
• Monomers and Bulk RM Follow up and Tracking (ensure E waybill availability)
• Maintain and track Cost optimisation initiatives.
• Support in Co-ordination with Plant / Warehouse for warehouse space occupancy
• Coronation with QC Team for revised MSDS and End Use Certificate for imported material

• Inter-Plant stock transfer activity of RM and Tank Material
• Raise NCM on procurement Operation issue for RM/ PM and Track for CAPA
• Raise PR related to Supply Chain non RM items , Like shore tank contract , Restab
