Public Relations Officer

Job Purpose

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image for Capkon Developers. This role involves managing all communication and media relations activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Media & Public Relations
• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company's image.
• Build strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Draft and distribute press releases, news articles, and media kits.
• Corporate Communication
• Maintain consistent messaging across all platforms, including social media, website, and print materials.
• Handle internal communications to keep employees informed about company news and events.
• Event Management
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, property launches, press conferences, and community engagement activities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and public gatherings.
• Brand Reputation
• Monitor media coverage and manage public perception of the brand.
• Address negative publicity proactively and ensure damage control measures.
• Government & Regulatory Liaison
• Maintain relationships with local authorities, government departments, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Handle official documentation and approvals relevant to marketing and PR activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
