Public Relations & Field Outreach Executive

Role Objective

The role involves personally explaining our organisation’s research papers, analytical reports, and TN Tenders insights to ward members, committee members, and departmental representatives, and encouraging them to register as members of our organisation.

Core Responsibility (Key Point)

Explain & Educate

Clearly explain:

Research papers

Department-wise tender analysis

Governance & development reports

Present findings in simple, practical language suitable for committee members and elected representatives.

Member Registration

Convince ward members, committee members, and officials to:

Register as organisation members

Access reports, updates, and analytics

Guide them through the registration process (online/offline).

Detailed Responsibilities

Visit wards, committees, and departmental offices

Explain why the research papers are useful for:

Planning

Monitoring development works

Improving transparency

Address questions and doubts from members

Convert outreach meetings into successful member registrations

Maintain a record of:

Meetings conducted

Research papers explained

Members registered

Mandatory Candidate Requirement

Must have existing contact knowledge of:

Ward members

Ward committee members

Department-level committee members

Comfortable explaining reports, data, and research findings

Able to influence decision-makers respectfully

Skills Required

Strong Tamil explanation & persuasion skills

Ability to simplify technical research content

Trust-building and relationship management

Field coordination & follow-up skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,433.84 per month
