Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Verify invoice details, including vendor name, address, PO number, amount, and taxes to ensure accuracy before processing payment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions and perform regular reconciliations as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoice processing.
