We are hiring on behalf of a Reputed IATA approved Travel Company in Nashik. Role & responsibilities 1. Holiday Planning & Bookings Create customised holiday itineraries based on client preferences. Handle bookings for flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel insurance. Assist clients with visa information and documentation requirements. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and travel partners for confirmations. Ensure all travel documents (tickets, vouchers, itineraries) are delivered accurately and on time. 2. Client Handling & Sales Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs. Suggest suitable holiday packages and provide clear pricing details. Respond promptly to customer queries related to itineraries, prices, or travel requirements. Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests professionally. Maintain strong customer relationships and focus on closing sales. 3. Coordination & Follow-up Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth trip execution. Track each booking from enquiry to travel completion. Ensure customers receive timely updates and reminders. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of enquiries, bookings, payments, and communications. Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and sales performance. Ensure accuracy in documents and compliance with company processes. 5. Technology & Tools Use MS Office for itineraries, communication, and reporting. Work with booking engines, vendor portals, and CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales or holiday planning. Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations. Good understanding of flights, tours, visa basics, and holiday components. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work under deadlines. Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leisure holiday sales (FIT/GIT). Familiarity with GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is an advantage. Knowledge of online B2B travel systems - TBO, Rezlive, Ottila, GRN, Etc Experience handling luxury or premium travel clients.
