Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Business Support : Assist higher management in steering day-to-day business activities, ensuring smooth execution of administrative and strategic tasks. Business Development : Develop and execute strategies for growth, identify new opportunities, track tenders, review bid documents, and support proposal submissions. Internal Coordination : Act as a bridge between in-house teams, ensuring collaboration and timely delivery of tasks to achieve growth objectives. Compliance Management : Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (such as CA team, Contract team, etc.) to ensure the company meets all compliance requirements on time. Proposal & Documentation : Prepare high-quality proposals, manage administrative documentation for new assignments, and draft tender-related reports. Client Engagement : Communicate effectively with clients, nurture relationships, and address queries with professionalism. Knowledge Support : Contribute to research, data analysis, and knowledge management to support strategic initiatives, as and when needed. Qualification & Experience: Education : Bachelor’s degree (mandatory). Higher education or professional qualifications (such as M.Sc., MBA, MSW, Environmental Management, etc.) will be an advantage. Preferred Background : Environmental, Social sector, or Technology. Experience : 3–4 years of proven track record in private companies, MNCs, or organizations requiring a balance of academic and professional skills. Skills : Proficiency in English (verbal and written). Strong soft skills: report writing, presentation design, email drafting, articulation. Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner. Strong interpersonal skills for team coordination and client interaction. Key Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
