As a Solutions Engineering Leader at Tezo, you will play a vital role in driving value-oriented conversations with prospects across AI, Data, and Digital offerings. Reporting directly to the SVP of Revenue, you will be responsible for shaping Tezo's market-facing narrative by creating compelling solutions that address customer needs. Your main responsibilities will include leading and managing all pre-sales activities, collaborating with Sales and Delivery teams to design customer-focused solutions, and crafting persuasive customer narratives, pitch decks, and custom presentations. Additionally, you will contribute to thought leadership by producing white papers, blogs, and industry publications to establish Tezo as a trusted partner in the field of AI, Data, and Digital Transformation. The ideal candidate for this role will have 15-20 years of experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery, with a strong background in hands-on delivery leadership. You should have a proven track record of working with North American clients in industries such as Insurance, BFSI, Manufacturing, or Retail, and possess a customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer challenges into effective business and technical solutions. Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional storytelling and documentation skills are preferred.
