Job Description

PART TIME MALE CANDIDATE - CHENNAI BASED

Conduct research and analysis to identify potential properties for acquisition or development

Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and property owners to gather information on available properties
Evaluate properties based on criteria such as location, market trends, zoning regulations, and potential return on investment
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the condition and suitability of properties
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential properties, including financial analysis and market projections
Assist in negotiating purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities
Maintain a database of potential properties, including relevant information and contact details
