Job Summary

We are hiring Senior Analysts – Service Support Management with experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle services
• Handle pre-renewal and post-renewal activities
• Participate in renewal review meetings with Producers, CSMs & Sales teams
• Support Client Service Managers and branch teams
• Monitor activities and ensure timely & accurate completion
• Handle queries and minimize rework
• Coordinate with branch and service center teams
• Identify opportunities for process transition/offshoring
• Act as a key point of contact for service support requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in Insurance
• P&C Insurance experience preferred/required
• Experience in Insurance Operations / Service Support
• Knowledge of Policy Servicing & Renewals
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Strong ownership, accountability & problem-solving skills
• Insurance certification will be an added advantage
