Role Overview: As a multidimensional Hindi Promo Writer, your role involves transforming ideas into compelling promotional content that captivates and resonates with the target audience. You will be responsible for running a writers room, crafting scripts for video promos, coordinating with shows, and engaging users through captivating copywriting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a writers room to strategize effective angles for promoting specific shows. - Write and visualize scripts for video promos to optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). - Collaborate closely with shows for seamless coordination and execution. - Create engaging copy in real-time to drive user interaction and discussion. - Represent the Marketing Department's voice during New Show Commissioning. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrable portfolio showcasing previous work in Ad copywriting. - Proficiency in Hindi writing and exceptional communication abilities. - Experience in managing writers and possessing a marketing-oriented mindset. - Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a relevant field. Additional Details: The role also involves having a keen interest in web series, short-form video, and digital storytelling. It is beneficial to have a basic understanding of social media and performance marketing, along with prior experience in an agency setting.
