Project/Site Engineer (Interior fit outs)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute site activities as per project drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth on-site operations. Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and share updates with project managers. Manage material delivery schedules and verify quantity and quality on site. Handle on-site troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure proper documentation of work processes, changes, and approvals. Key Requirements: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field. 2–3 years of hands-on site experience, preferably in interiors, fit-outs, or construction. Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage. Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Team player with attention to detail.
