Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Process Management:Handling various aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing support throughout the sales process.
• Data Management:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Order Processing:Managing and processing sales orders, coordinating with relevant teams for timely fulfillment.
• Report Generation:Preparing sales reports and presentations for management, providing insights into sales performance and trends.
• Coordination:Working closely with the front-end sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving issues related to the sales process, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Backend Support:Providing support for sales activities, including administrative tasks, data analysis, and other operational needs.
