As we continue to expand, we are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our core team. We are currently looking to fill 2 positions for Project Trainees in IT/Software Development. Whether you are a student, fresher, or early professional, you will have the opportunity to work on academic and freelance software projects such as web development, app development, data science, etc., either independently or with minimal guidance. Basic proficiency in any one tech stack like MERN, Python, PHP, etc., is required. As a part of our team, you will be immersed in a real-time work environment focused on education and IT training. You will gain hands-on experience through live projects and student engagement, receiving an experience certificate upon successful completion. There are opportunities to earn stipends based on project enrollments, academic partnerships, admission conversions, or performance. This role serves as a great launchpad for building a strong portfolio or gaining experience in a real-world environment, making it ideal for career restarters, freshers, and passionate self-learners. It is important to note that these are internship/voluntary roles with no fixed salary. Candidates must be capable of working independently or with minimal supervision, with flexible work hours and supportive mentoring provided as needed.
