We are currently looking to fill 2 positions for Project Trainees in IT/Software Development. We welcome students, freshers, and early professionals to join us. As a Project Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on academic and freelance software projects such as web development, app development, data science, etc., either independently or with minimal guidance. Basic proficiency in any one tech stack such as MERN, Python, PHP, etc., is required for this role. At Aspen Digital Academy, we provide a real-time work environment in the field of education and IT training. You will gain hands-on experience with live projects and student engagement, and receive an experience certificate upon successful completion. Additionally, there is an opportunity to earn stipends based on project enrollments, academic partnerships, admission conversions, or performance. This role serves as a great launchpad for individuals looking to build a strong portfolio or gain experience in a real-world environment. It is particularly suitable for career restarters, freshers, and passionate self-learners. It is important to note that these are internship/voluntary roles with no fixed salary. Candidates should be capable of working independently or with minimal supervision. We offer flexible work hours and provide supportive mentoring where needed.
