We an below urgent opening for Project Manager.

Experience - 05 to 07 Year

Salary - Based on interview

Education - DME/BE

Prefers immediate joiner.

Main Responsibilities of Project Managers (KRAs)

The main objective of this role is be that one point of responsibility to ensure On-Time, Every-Time

performance, Within Budgets and in the most Efficient manner. Project manager must be the

common thread that binds all individual functions (and people) together and synchronizes their

activities in alignment with company’s project execution priorities.

Phase-1 (Minimum Requirements)

1. Project Planning & Execution

o Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones using PMS tools such as

MS Projects, Zoho Projects, Gantt Project etc. (Need to learn and get conversant with

utilisations of features of these tools in depth)

o Keeping the project status updated in real time in the PMS tools so that it reflects the

current status at any point in time.

o Ensure smooth execution from receipt of order to handing over and all the steps

therein with minimal errors, delays, surprises or chaos.

2. Coordination With Internal Teams

o Ensure alignment between sales, engineering, procurement, production, QC,

Accounts, Logistics, Installation & Commissioning teams.

o Ensure that all the above functional teams are following the plan, schedules and are

completing their activities through daily updates and discussions with them.

o Communicate with all internal teams for setting priorities, or change in priorities.

o Discuss their micro-plans, resource requirements, constraints in advance and pro-

actively provide solutions.

o Follow-up, get work done, support when required and be on top of all the activities,

in all the functions going on in all the projects.

3. Coordination With External Entities

o Communicate with clients

1. To update progress status

2. To inform them in advance and pursue them to provide their inputs in time

3. Drawing approvals, documentation, service requirements etc.

4. Dispatch, Logistics, Commercial issues and Payment follow ups

o Vendor coordination, follow ups in case of critical components, ensuring that they

deliver in time.

o Communication with contractors, local authorities etc as necessary.

4. Risk Management & Problem Solving

o Conduct formal project status reviews weekly. Review Actual Vs Planned schedules.

Identify concern areas and provide solutions.

o Identify potential risks (Timeline risks, commercial risks, cash flow risks, safety and

compliances risks, legal, contractual, reputation, equipment performance, resource

risks)

o Implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays, failures, cost escalation, Penalty, loss

etc.

5. Resource Planning

o Ensuring availability of resources (manpower / fund allocation / machines) for the

planned activity.

o Rearrangement / Reallocation of available resources according to priorities.

Phase-2 (More Desirables)

6. Budget & Cost Management

o Prepare cost estimates and control expenses.

o Keep track of Budget Vs Actual expenses.

o Ensure projects stay within financial limits.

7. Team Leadership & Resource Allocation

o Manage engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

o Optimize manpower and equipment usage for efficiency.

8. Project Documentation & Reporting

o Maintain records of project progress, costs, and challenges.

o Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Project Completion Rate – Percentage of projects delivered on time.

● Budget Adherence – Variance between estimated and actual costs.

● Efficiency – Reduction in timelines, manpower, efforts, costs etc.

● Client Satisfaction Score – Feedback from stakeholders.
