Project Manager

Aryan Group is looking for an experienced and technically sound Civil Engineer / Project Manager to independently oversee civil construction activities across the company's residential, villa, clubhouse and infrastructure development projects. The candidate must have substantial experience working with an established real estate developer and possess strong knowledge of construction execution, technical drawings, BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, quality control and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Construction & Site Execution: Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities and ensure execution as per approved architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Site & Labour Management: Manage site resources, labour, contractors and subcontractors to ensure efficient utilisation and timely completion of work.
• Drawing Interpretation & Coordination: Read, interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and external development drawings.
• BOQ & Quantity Estimation: Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity estimates, measurement sheets and material requirement statements based on approved drawings.
• External Development & Infrastructure: Prepare and coordinate drawings and execution of drainage systems, stormwater management, internal roads, underground service networks and other external infrastructure.
• Cost & Material Control: Monitor construction costs, material consumption, labour productivity and wastage to maintain project budgets.
• Quality Control: Inspect concrete work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling and finishing activities to ensure adherence to approved specifications and quality standards.
• Swimming Pool Construction: Supervise complete swimming pool execution, including civil works, waterproofing, tiling, filtration systems, piping and associated installations.
• Clubhouse Construction: Oversee clubhouse construction, including structural works, masonry, flooring, finishing and service installations.
• Plumbing & Water Management: Ensure proper execution of plumbing, water supply, sewerage, drainage and rainwater harvesting systems.
• Electrical & MEP Coordination: Verify electrical conduits, cable routes, underground electrical piping, sleeves and other service installations as per approved drawings.
• Contractor Billing & Measurements: Verify contractor bills, site measurements, material consumption and completed work quantities before processing.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors and project managers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Site Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to site safety protocols, construction standards and applicable statutory regulations.
• Site Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection checklists, measurement books and material registers.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Identify drawing discrepancies, site constraints and service clashes, and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Project Timeline Management: Ensure timely execution and completion of residential projects, villas, clubhouses, swimming pools and external infrastructure works.

We seek a technically strong and result-oriented civil engineering professional who can independently take ownership of construction execution, manage site operations and ensure that every aspect of development meets the company's standards of quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess strong practical knowledge of construction, be capable of interpreting complex drawings, identifying technical issues, preparing accurate BOQs and controlling project expenses. The candidate must not merely supervise construction but actively contribute to improving execution quality, optimising resources and delivering exceptional real estate developments for Aryan Group

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 812 years of professional experience in civil construction, preferably with an established real estate developer.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Strong experience in residential real estate construction, villas, high-end developments and infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and MEP drawings.
• Hands-on expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, rate analysis, measurement sheets and contractor billing.
• Practical experience in swimming pool construction, clubhouse development, waterproofing, drainage and external infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, specifications, quality control and cost optimisation.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction planning and project management tools.
• Ability to independently manage site teams, contractors, subcontractors and multiple construction activities.
• Strong technical, analytical, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be proactive, disciplined, accountable and capable of independently handling site responsibilities.
