Project Manager – Civil Construction & Turnkey Projects

Educational Qualification :

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience also considered.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute and manage multiple civil construction and turnkey projects simultaneously.

• Handle civil works, corporate interiors, commercial fit-outs, PEB and MEP coordination.

• Prepare project schedules, BOQs, estimation, quantity surveying and procurement plans.

• Monitor project budgets, cost control, material consumption and site progress.

• Manage vendors, subcontractors, site engineers and labour teams.

• Handle RA billing, final billing, measurements and commercial documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and internal teams.

• Ensure project quality, safety standards and timely completion.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and project status updates.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 7–10 years of experience in civil construction and project execution.

• Minimum 3 years of independent project coordination/project management experience.

• Experience in civil turnkey projects and at least one of the following: Corporate Interiors, PEB

or Fire Protection.

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity surveying, rate analysis and cost control.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing interpretation, MS Excel and MS Project/Primavera P6.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors and site teams independently.

• Good communication skills in Tamil and professional English.

• Willingness to travel across multiple project sites.
