Job Description: Project Manager - Training and Learning Management Location Mumbai CTC: 8.5 – 9.5 Lakhs (based on experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee the training and learning management activities for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of training projects, including planning, execution, client interactions, and project reviews. The Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of training programs and the effective utilization of our Learning Management System (LMS). Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans for training initiatives, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Coordinate and collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of training programs. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively take corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met. Learning Management System (LMS) Management: Oversee the implementation and management of the Learning Management System (LMS) for training activities. Collaborate with IT and LMS vendors to ensure the LMS is functioning optimally and is accessible to all stakeholders. Maintain training content within the LMS and ensure it is up-to-date and user-friendly. Client Interactions: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders during training projects. Understand client requirements and expectations, ensuring that deliverables meet their needs. Provide regular updates and reports to clients, addressing any concerns and maintaining positive relationships. Project Reviews and Evaluation: Conduct regular project reviews to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs. Gather feedback from trainers, learners, and clients to identify areas for improvement. Use evaluation metrics and data to measure the impact and success of training initiatives. Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including trainers, training materials, and facilities. Ensure that trainers have the necessary tools and support to deliver high-quality training sessions. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies in training management. Implement best practices and industry trends to enhance the overall training experience. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that promotes effective communication and teamwork. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project outcomes. Requirements: Preferred (not mandatory) : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a training or learning management context. In-depth understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training methodologies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. An analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for decision-making. Experience in client relationship management and customer service. Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members.
