Project Manager - Medical Data Labelling

As a Project Manager - Medical Data Labelling, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of projects related to medical record documentation, skin biopsy labelling, cancer cell detection labelling, brain disease analysis, kidney stones labelling, liver diagnosis, teeth and gum segmentation, diagnostic image analysis, microscopic cell analysis, and eye cell analysis. You will play a key role in determining project scope, defining objectives, predicting and managing resources effectively, preparing budgets, tracking project costs, and developing detailed project schedules and work plans. Your duties will include providing regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively, understanding industry-standard hardware and software products, building and strengthening teams, managing contracts with vendors and suppliers, and adhering to industry best practices throughout project execution. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement to ensure operational efficiency and meet service level agreements. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in both oral and written English, take initiatives, be analytical, make informed decisions, demonstrate flexibility and creativity, and have 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field with a B.Sc. or Diploma in Bio-Medical Science. Your role will also involve staff development, performance feedback, coaching, on-floor improvement initiatives, resource allocation, client interaction, process profitability, and project close-out analysis.
