Project Manager

Project Manager oversees all phases of a construction project—from initial design and budgeting to final handover. When managing all company projects, the role expands from single-site execution to portfolio-level resource allocation, strategic oversight, and multi-project coordination.Monitor cash flow, track project costs, handle change orders, process billing/RA bills, and ensure every project stays within the approved financial limits. Act as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, structural engineers, consultants, and internal leadership.Negotiate vendor contracts, hire reliable subcontractors, and coordinate material supply chains and equipment logistics. Enforce national and local building codes, company safety standards (such as OSHA guidelines), and strict quality assurance protocols on-site.

Balance labor, machinery, and material distribution across competing active construction sites. Aggregate daily/weekly site progress, budget utilization, and risk reports for the company’s executive board or managing director. Implement unified project management frameworks, safety policies, and software tracking systems (such as Procore or AutoCAD workflows) across all company branches or sites. Oversee technical and financial feasibility analyses for incoming company bids and new client proposals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

Minimum 5 to 10+ years of general construction and site-execution experience, with a proven track record of handling commercial, residential, or institutional builds.

Able to handle multiple locations : Andrapradhesh, Karnataka, Kerala & Tamilnadu

Soft Skills: Leadership, multi-project multitasking, commercial negotiation, and high-stakes problem-solving
