Positions & Qualifications
1) Project Manager BE (Civil) with 25+ years of experience, at least 10 years in large-scale building/commercial projects 2) Assistant Project Manager BE (Civil) with 20+ years of experience, at least 5 years in large-scale building/commercial projects

Key Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale building projects from planning to delivery - Ensure compliance with client specifications, statutory requirements & industry standards - Monitor & report on site planning, progress, QA/QC, HSE & costing Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, statutory bodies & site teams Review designs from constructability perspective - Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress reports - Establish project goals, deliverables & scope with stakeholders - Maintain effective communication across project teams & clients - Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies - Oversee daily operations ensuring quality & timely execution - Lead, guide & motivate project teams for seamless collaboration

Eligibility Criteria
- Proven experience in Site QA/QC & Project Management across building types - Preference for candidates from PMC / Third-Party Inspection background - Strong skills in reviewing drawings from constructability perspective
