The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, execution, and team coordination, with a solid understanding of industry-specific technical requirements. Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and client stakeholders. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients. Foster strong client relationships and manage expectations effectively. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 3–4 years of proven project management experience in Automation or Solar industries. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred Skills: Technical understanding of automation systems or solar PV technologies. Experience working with EPC projects or industrial automation systems.
