Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure regular communication of project updates and milestones. Manage stakeholder expectations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts or issues promptly. 4. Technical Guidance: Offer technical guidance, ensuring that project deliverables meet the required standards and quality. Collaborate with architects and technical leads to ensure feasible project plans. Guide teams on best practices related to cloud-based data warehouses. 5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. 6. Resource Management: Ensure optimal allocation and availability of resources throughout the project lifecycle. 7. Budgeting and Costing: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring projects remain within scope and on budget.
