Project Manager - Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer at our company, you will be a key team member responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our data infrastructure and pipelines. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure data integrity, availability, and meet business requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate business requirements into analytics solutions such as data storage, ETL processes, and data modeling for business consumption (e.g., APIs, EventStreaming) - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes - Support and enhance enterprise data platforms - Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to implement effective data solutions - Implement data quality and validation processes for accuracy and consistency - Optimize and tune data pipelines for performance and efficiency - Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions - Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance data processing capabilities - Work in Agile framework with PM/SM to ensure systems meet business requirements **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field - 5-7 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role - Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Pyspark, and Big data - Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing - Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases *Preferred (not mandatory):* - Knowledge of the pharma industry - Experience with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure) *Additional Company Details:* Our company values diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
