Project Manager (Civil)

As a Project Manager in civil engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects. You will lead the construction team, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and strive to complete projects within the set schedule and budget. Your main responsibilities will include managing the construction team, scheduling work, and ensuring that safety protocols are strictly followed on site. You will closely monitor the progress of projects, track expenses to stay within budget, and ensure that all work is completed on time. In addition, you will be required to coordinate with subcontractors and other personnel to guarantee that all project aspects are efficiently executed. Your role may also involve data entry tasks, where you will input project information into computer systems, manage project details, and handle material and labor costs using software like Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Furthermore, you will need to conduct surveying activities by visiting construction sites, taking measurements, and determining site layouts. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other civil engineering-related software will be beneficial for this aspect of the role. This is a permanent position with a day shift schedule and the opportunity for a performance bonus. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a total of 6 years of work experience and at least 3 years in a management role. The work location will be on-site.,
