Job Description

Role & responsibilities Determine and define scope of work and deliverables. Predict resources needed to complete project. Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites. Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Coordinate efforts across entire project between client, architects/ consultant, PMC, engineers, and subcontractors Manage costs to meet budget. Prepare site measurements for contractor and client billing. Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts. Manage construction schedule and activities. Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines to higher management. Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes. Manage subcontractor and suppliers. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 5-7 years of experience in project management of civil construction projects (Road & Building). Should have knowledge of quality control tests involved in project Execution. Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and general computer software, & managing WhatsApp group updates. Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs and prepare site measurements for contractor and client billing. High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions. Strong leadership and management skills.
