Project Lead - L1

As a Project Lead at Wipro, you will be responsible for managing product migration tasks remotely without the need for travel. Your main role will involve being the primary point of contact for external customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing Revenue Cycle solutions product migration activities. Key Responsibilities: - Implement product migration for existing clients, including new business additions or modifications to current processes. - Initiate the product implementation/migration process by reaching out to clients. - Present project plans to clients, detailing the product modules to be implemented according to the contract. - Manage client expectations and define the scope of product migration activities. - Educate clients on best practices and guide them through the migration phase. - Handle all client communications, including meetings and conference calls. - Coordinate, communicate, and provide accurate reporting on all migration-related activities under the Program Manager's guidance. - Schedule and conduct client training sessions, and report on completed training. - Manage multiple projects concurrently within tight deadlines. - Ensure projects are completed within set timelines while identifying and mitigating risks that could delay the project. - Develop and manage work plans, schedules, and client status reports. - Track and manage client product migration deliverables effectively. - Gather client requirements and collaborate with internal departments to address issues related to client product migration. - Ensure a smooth hand-off to the client services group for ongoing support post-migration. - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client inquiries and issues during the migration phase. - Keep the project on track, manage scope creep, and address project issues in coordination with the team and management.
